Clara de Lune is Saint-Gilles' most refined wine and oyster bar — 100+ rotating Champagne and natural wine producers paired to fresh Belgian and French oysters. The 28-seat room is Belle Époque with marble bar, leather banquettes, and a small oyster station at the back.

The Champagne list runs 50+ producers including grower-Champagne and rare blanc de blancs. Bartenders are sommeliers. Reservations recommended for the weekend.
