Our Take on Crowne Plaza
rooftop · Modern The Crowne Plaza Brussels rooftop, near the Palais de Justice on the upper edge of the Marolles, runs an unusually competent modern cocktail programme for a hotel of this tier and a view back across the lower town toward the Grand Place. The room is modern in aesthetic, the terrace is well-sized, and the cocktail menu rotates roughly every quarter with a clear commitment to seasonal ingredients and Belgian-distillery partnerships.
The wine list is solid rather than spectacular. The service tempo suits a long sit better than a quick crawl-stop. It ranks eighth because the cocktail programme is genuinely more ambitious than the room's branding suggests, and the upper-Marolles position gives a usefully different angle on the city than the Centre and Louise concentrations.
