The Mitchell — Uptown
The Mitchell is the Uptown Dallas cocktail-and-dinner room set inside a converted Highland Park mansion — wood-panelled rooms, a long marble bar and a serious classic-cocktail programme.
Cocktails are stirred-and-spirit-forward — properly stirred Manhattans, sazeracs, a celebrated dry martini. Spirits collection runs to 400+ bottles including rare Cognac and aged Bourbon. Kitchen is steakhouse-leaning.
