Cooper Lounge — LoDo
Cooper Lounge sits inside the historic Union Station mezzanine — a wood-panelled 1914 room with a long marble bar overlooking the train hall.
The cocktail programme is classical with a serious focus on stirred-and-spirit-forward builds — Manhattans, sazeracs, properly stirred negronis. Spirits collection runs to 300+ bottles including rare Cognac and aged Bourbon. Smart attire encouraged.
