Linger — LoHi

Linger sits in a converted 1949 funeral parlour with a rooftop deck overlooking Downtown Denver and the Rockies — the city's most cinematic restaurant rooftop and a long-running Denver favourite.

Kitchen is global-tapas with a strong dumpling and bao programme. The cocktail list runs about fifteen builds with seasonal Colorado-ingredient signatures. Sunset on the deck with the Rockies behind Downtown is the reason to come.
