Cle is Greg Malouf's DIFC restaurant-bar with a long late-night programme that pulls the finance crowd off-shift after 10pm.
The bar runs along the back of the dining room with a view onto Sheikh Zayed Road. Cocktails lean Levantine, sumac sours, arak old fashioneds, a pomegranate negroni. The kitchen pushes mezze until 1am which is rare in DIFC.
