EVE Penthouse — JLT

EVE is the rooftop penthouse atop SLS Dubai with two infinity pools, a glass-floor lookout and a view that takes in both the Burj Khalifa and the Marina skyline.

Inside the penthouse the design is jewel-box — gold mesh, velvet booths, a long onyx bar. Cocktails are theatrical: smoked-out cloches, edible-gold-rim coupes, a Dom-Perignon trolley that wheels through after midnight.

Tables have AED 2,500 minimum spend Thursday-Saturday. Bar deck has limited walk-in space before 11pm.
