Hoot the Redeemer is a hidden New Town basement cocktail bar — circus-and-fortune-teller theme, with a fairground aesthetic, neon signage, and a coin-operated mechanical fortune-teller machine on the wall. The cocktail program is theatrical with reasonable prices.
