Tigerlily is George Street's most polished boutique hotel cocktail bar — opened in 2007 as an early-Edinburgh design hotel. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing George Street, a curved marble bar, and modern leather banquettes. The cocktail program is broad and well-built.
