Hamburg's Heritage Rum Cocktail Bar
Christiansen's is a heritage Hamburg cocktail bar from 1995 — one of the bars that built modern German cocktail culture. The room is dimly lit with leather chairs, a long mahogany bar, and a deep rum collection (the bar's specialty since opening).
The rum list runs to 350+ bottles including rare Caribbean cane spirits. The cocktail program is classical with serious rum-driven drinks — daiquiris, Mai Tais, El Presidentes built with proper Cuban method. The crowd is older Hamburg cocktail enthusiasts and visiting bar professionals.
