Blind Tiger is the Parkhurst speakeasy hidden behind a bookshelf inside a coffee shop, push the right book, the shelf swings open, into a dim 45-seat 1920s-themed room.
The cocktail programme is classical with a Prohibition-era twist, bee's knees, southside, a properly built sazerac. The bar runs a strict no-phones policy after 8pm and the music stays at conversation volume.
