Mootee Bar is the Rosebank cocktail room from Tim Boatswain that's quietly become one of Johannesburg's most well-regarded — a tight programme built on African botanicals and indigenous spirits.
The cocktail menu rotates seasonally with a strong amasi (fermented milk) and rooibos infusion programme. The bar carries one of Africa's deepest collections of South African spirits and indigenous botanicals.
