Topo Chiado is Chiado's most reliably-photographable rooftop bar — built on top of a heritage Chiado building with the most direct view of the Tagus River, the 25 de Abril Bridge, and Cristo Rei. The wraparound terrace fills early on weekends.
The cocktail program is broad and well-built. The kitchen serves Portuguese small plates. Live DJs three nights a week. The crowd is Lisbon 25-50 and visiting tourists.
