Artesian was named the World's Best Bar four years running between 2012 and 2015 and remains one of London's most accomplished hotel cocktail rooms.
The cocktail programme rotates seasonally and is built around theatrical presentation. Drinks arrive in custom glassware, accompanied by aromatic effects, with names that reference art and literature. Each seasonal menu commits to a unifying concept and follows it through 18 to 22 drinks.
The room
The Chinoiserie-inspired interior at The Langham is one of the most recognisable cocktail rooms in the city. The crowd is hotel guests, mid-thirties City professionals, and travelling cocktail enthusiasts.
What to order
Order from the current seasonal menu, which is the point of a visit. The back bar of 200 spirits also supports classics made to spec if the concept menu is not your speed.
