London's Most Ambitious Cocktail Tasting Menu

Tayer + Elementary opened in 2019 from Monica Berg and Alex Kratena, both World's Best Bartender winners and previously of Pulpo Negro and Artesian. The space is deliberately split: Elementary is the casual walk-in front room with eight seasonal cocktails on rotation. Tayer is the 16-seat tasting bar at the back where Berg runs an evolving cocktail tasting menu.

The Tayer tasting menu is unique in London — five courses of cocktails paired thematically, often referencing food and chemistry research. Each round is technically precise. The pairing is around £85 and books out a month ahead.
