Found Oyster is the East Hollywood seafood-and-wine bar from chef Ari Kolender, a 200-bottle list focused on coastal whites paired with one of LA's most-celebrated raw-bar programmes.
The wine list leans Muscadet, Chablis, Albariño and Chenin Blanc, all chosen for oyster pairing. By-the-glass list runs 25+ pours. Kitchen does Atlantic raw bar, lobster roll and a celebrated whole grilled fish.
