Bar Americano is a 10-seat hidden CBD cocktail bar from Matt Bax — one of the most influential Australian cocktail bartenders. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2014. The bar is so small that drinks come standing-only, ten people max at the counter.
The cocktail program is built on classical Italian-American cocktails (Negroni, Americano, Boulevardier) with hand-cut ice and squeezed-to-order citrus. The Bar Americano Negroni is the Melbourne benchmark.
