Hello is the Bandra cocktail-and-snack bar — small format, ambitious menu, and one of Asia's-rising-50-Best regulars. The room is wood-panelled with a long zinc bar.
The cocktail menu runs about a dozen builds with a strong Indian-ingredient focus — kokum sours, jaggery old fashioneds, masala-chai-infused builds. Kitchen does small Indian-Asian plates.
