Bastion is the Wedgewood-Houston cocktail-and-restaurant from chef Josh Habiger — a tight cocktail programme paired with one of Nashville's most-celebrated tasting-menu kitchens.

The bar runs about a dozen seasonal cocktails plus a dealer's-choice service. Kitchen does a celebrated nachos snack at the bar plus a separate tasting-menu in the dining room. The bar room is small with a long copper counter.
