Palm & Pine is the French Quarter pan-Latin restaurant-and-bar from chef Amarys Herndon — a serious cocktail programme paired with a celebrated kitchen pulling from Caribbean, Mexican and Central American traditions.
The cocktail menu runs about fifteen builds with strong tropical-and-Latin signatures — mezcal palomas, ron-añejo Manhattans, agua-fresca-based builds. Kitchen does pan-Latin small plates with a celebrated arepas programme.
