Jet Wine Bar is the South Street natural-wine bar from Jill Weber — a 250-bottle list with a focus on small producers from off-the-radar regions (Slovenia, Greece, Turkey, Eastern Europe).
The wine programme is heavily natural with around 30 by-the-glass pours rotating weekly. Kitchen does small Mediterranean-leaning plates — charcuterie, cheese, focaccia, seasonal vegetables.
