Martha is the Kensington natural-wine bar that's quietly become one of Philadelphia's most-loved neighbourhood programmes — a 200-bottle list with a serious focus on small natural producers.
The wine programme leans heavily natural with about 25 by-the-glass pours rotating monthly. Kitchen does small American-bistro plates — celebrated grilled cheese, salami board, seasonal-vegetable plates.
