Prague's Central European Natural Wine Specialist
Veltlin is a serious natural wine bar in Karlín focused on Czech, Austrian, and Slovak producers. The wine list runs to around 120 bottles, with strong Moravian, Wachau, and Tokaj representation.
The bartender-sommeliers explain each pour. The food is small Central European plates that pair thoughtfully with the wines. The bar has been operating since 2014 and is the Prague natural wine institution.
