Rio Scenarium — Lapa

Rio Scenarium is the legendary Lapa samba-and-antiques venue — three floors of vintage-furniture-stuffed dance halls, with live samba, choro and forró programmes seven nights a week.

The format is unmistakable: live music on the ground-floor stage, dance floor for samba couples, antique-stuffed upper floors for cocktails and people-watching. Caipirinhas are properly made. Cover charge BRL 50-80.
