Roscioli is a serious wine bar attached to one of the most respected delicatessens in Rome. The wine list runs to around 2,800 bottles — one of the deepest wine lists in any Roman bar — with deep Italian regional representation.

The bartender-sommeliers explain each pour. The food is excellent — Roman small plates, charcuterie, cheese, fresh pasta. The bar is famous for the cacio e pepe.

The crowd is mid-thirties Rome wine enthusiasts and visiting wine tourists. Pair with Il Goccetto for a complete Rome wine evening.
