Pacific Cocktail Haven is the Tenderloin cocktail bar from Kevin Diedrich — a Pacific-Rim-themed programme that has placed on the World's 50 Best Bars list multiple times.
The cocktail menu pulls heavily from Asian-Pacific ingredients — yuzu, calamansi, pandan, miso. The room is dim with a long bar and a few booths. Bartenders are technically rigorous, with house-made shrubs, fat-washes and clarified milk punches.
