Our Take on Siete Negronis
Bellavista gave Siete Negronis its first room on Mallinkrodt street in 2016, and in November 2025 the bar came home, taking the second floor of the new Terrazas San Cristóbal boulevard at Constitución 241. Chef & Hotel framed the return as a consolidation, and the premise survived two moves intact: seven negronis on the list, always.
The range runs from the clarified Di Pistaccio to the Xocolat with toasted notes, plus a rotating Guest Negroni at $8,900 CLP built from recipes donated by bartenders at the world's top bars. La Tercera has covered the bar as a fixture of the World's 50 Best conversation for three consecutive years.
Reading the Room
The new space wraps a deliberately low bar, designed by Matías Supan so guests sit eye to eye with the bartenders, in warmer and more styled rooms than either earlier address. Wherelunch called this the bar's 3.0 era. Wide terraces look into the boulevard, with Cerro San Cristóbal rising behind.

Who Shows Up, and When
Cocktails price at the top of Bellavista but under the hotel bars across the river. The kitchen runs from noon, which makes a long aperitivo afternoon the local play.
Weekday afternoons bring a Providencia office crowd stretching lunch; nights fill with cocktail tourists and santiaguinos who followed the bar through both moves. Thursday through Saturday the room runs until 3:30am, rare stamina for the neighbourhood.
