The collection runs to roughly 130 bottles, each poured in 25ml or 50ml measures so a guest can compare regions without committing to a full glass. Themed flights group the bottles by style, which turns a visit into a guided tasting rather than a single order. Go on a Tuesday or Wednesday for the calmest read of the collection, when the bartenders have time to walk a guest through the list.
The crowd skews toward people who came for the whisky: industry regulars early, then couples and small groups who want to talk over a careful pour. The volume stays low enough to hold a conversation, which is rare for a bar with this much range behind the counter.
