Tan Tan Noodle Bar — Pinheiros

Tan Tan is the celebrated Pinheiros cocktail-and-noodle bar from Thiago Bañares — repeatedly placed on the World's 50 Best Bars list and pioneer of the São Paulo asian-fusion-cocktail format.

The cocktail menu rotates seasonally with chapters around a single ingredient (cachaça-pineapple-fermented-jasmine was a recent run). The kitchen does ramen and dumplings late into the night.

Reservations open 30 days ahead via the website. Bar seats walk-in friendly before 8:30pm.
