rooftop · Restaurant Tak, at the top of the hotel on Brunkebergstorg, is the Stockholm rooftop that has, since opening, redefined what serious altitude drinking looks like in the city. The terrace wraps around two sides of the building with a long west-and-south view across the lower town toward Gamla Stan's spires and the Riddarfjärden, and the room handles its weather strategy through a retractable system that genuinely extends the season.

The cocktail programme is built around a Nordic-botanical signature — sea buckthorn, juniper, foraged Scandinavian herbs — executed at proper technical standard, and the wine list runs unusually deep on biodynamic French and small-producer German bottlings. The food programme behind the bar is a serious restaurant operation.

Service is calm and Scandi-polished. It earns the top slot because the integration of view, cocktail discipline and Nordic-ingredient programme is the most fully realised in the city.
