Milk and Honey Tasting Bar is the working Israeli whisky distillery and tasting room. The bar produces Israeli single malt whisky — the country's first commercial whisky distillery — and pours its full range alongside Scottish and Japanese single malts.
The bartenders explain Israeli whisky production. The Milk and Honey range uses local Israeli ingredients — orange peel, pomegranate molasses — for cask finishing. The tasting flights are educational.
