Bar Orchard Tokyo is on the seventh floor of a Ginza building and the room is unique: the bar is decorated with shelves of fresh seasonal Japanese fruit. The bartenders muddle, juice, or infuse fruit into each cocktail in front of you.
The fruit is the menu. Tell the bartender what you like — sweet, tart, floral, herbaceous — and they will choose the right fruit and build a cocktail around it. The drinks change constantly depending on what is fresh that day.
