Land Bar Artisan is a small basement room in Ginza run by Takayuki Suzuki, formerly head bartender at Bar High Five. The room is committed to Japanese cocktail discipline — hand-cut ice, slow stirring, immaculate dilution — at the highest expression.

The seasonal cocktail menu changes four times a year. The drinks lean toward Japanese ingredients and sake-based cocktails alongside the classical canon. Each cocktail is built with full Suzuki precision and the experience is meditative rather than energetic.

The crowd is mid-thirties Tokyo professionals and visiting cocktail enthusiasts. Pair with Bar High Five for the complete Ginza cocktail evening.
