Mahjong Bar is the Dundas West speakeasy hidden behind a working bubble-tea shop — push past the counter, through an unmarked door, into a candle-lit Asian-influenced cocktail room.
The cocktail menu runs about fifteen builds with a strong Asian-Pacific-ingredient focus — yuzu sours, pandan old fashioneds, lychee martinis. The bar uses house-made bitters and infusions throughout.
