The back bar at Reposado holds over 200 agave spirits — more tequila and mezcal than anywhere else north of the border — and the bar team knows every bottle well enough to take you through a flight that maps the category from Jalisco highlands to Oaxacan villages.
The cocktail menu is built entirely around Mexico. The Al Pastor Margarita — tequila blanco, pineapple, guajillo chile, lime — is the house signature and the most ordered drink on the Toronto cocktail scene. The Oaxacan Old Fashioned, which predates the recipe's famous appearance in other bars, runs on mezcal and rye with mole bitters that pull the whole drink into something you want a second of immediately.
