Zwölf-Apostel-Keller, meaning 'Twelve Apostles Cellar', is a heritage Vienna wine cellar dating to 1561. The space is preserved 16th century, vaulted brick ceilings, stone walls, dim oil-lamp lighting, and the bar has been pouring Austrian wine for over four centuries.
The wine list is mostly Austrian, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Blaufränkisch, with a small German and Italian layer. The food is traditional Austrian, Schnitzel, goulash, dumplings.
