Delaney's has run since 1994 in the basement of the Mary Building on Peking Road, the original Irish bar in Tsim Sha Tsui. It pours some of the best draught Guinness in Hong Kong and plates Irish stew, boxty and a carvery roast. Order: a pint of Guinness with the beef and Guinness pie. Best time: a weekend afternoon for the roast.
