Lisbon
Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is small for a European capital and the drinking story is correspondingly compact. The TAP Air Portugal Lounge in Terminal 1 is the polished play — TAP Business Class or Star Alliance Gold required — and runs a genuinely Portuguese spirits programme: vintage Port (usually Taylor's or Graham's) by the glass, Madeira selections, and the local Portuguese gin range (Sharish, Big Boss, Friday). The lounge also does a respectable Portuguese wine programme (Alentejo, Douro, Vinho Verde).
