Baba Au Rum has been routinely placed in the World s 50 Best Bars list since 2015 and remains the most internationally respected cocktail bar in Greece. The room is small and unfussy, with a long zinc bar, dim warm lighting, and a back bar holding around 200 rums.

The cocktails are classical with a rum focus. The Mai Tai is built with three rums following the original Trader Vic recipe. The Daiquiri is served sharp and unsweetened. The seasonal menu rotates four times a year and runs deep into rum cocktail history.
