50 Countries on a Cocktail Menu

Atlas opened in 2021 with a travel themed concept: a passport-style menu featuring cocktails inspired by 50 countries. The drinks rotate every six months, and the menu is presented as a stamped passport for the visitor.

The cocktails are well-researched, with each country represented by an authentic spirit and traditional ingredients. The Mexico page features a serious mezcal margarita. The Japan page has a yuzu highball with shochu. The Peru page builds a proper pisco sour with Quebranta pisco.

The crowd is mid-thirties travellers and curious Bangkok professionals. Best for a single themed evening with a friend. The format is fun without being gimmicky. Pair with Havana Social for a themed-bars Bangkok evening.

What to Order

Mexico — Mezcal Margarita

Mezcal Vago, fresh lime, agave, sea salt. The benchmark margarita with smoky mezcal.

Japan — Yuzu Highball
