Tatarian — RiNo

Tatarian is the RiNo cocktail-and-snack room from Stuart Jensen — a tight programme of around fifteen drinks plus a serious focus on local Colorado spirits and seasonal botanicals.

The cocktail menu rotates seasonally with chapters built around a single ingredient. Bartenders are well-trained for a dealer's-choice approach. Kitchen does small Eastern-European-inspired plates — pierogi, herring, smoked-fish board.
