Penrose Lounge — Business Bay
Penrose sits inside Banyan Tree Dubai's lobby — an under-known cocktail room that takes its programme more seriously than most hotel bars in the city.
The bar uses a lot of Asian-pacific ingredients (yuzu, pandan, calamansi) and runs a quiet rotating cocktail menu of around twelve drinks. Service is properly trained — bartenders walk you through builds without being precious about it.
Walk-in friendly except weekend evenings. Sit at the bar for the proper experience.
