The Brunello section runs to over thirty producers including older vintages of Biondi-Santi, Soldera and Salvioni; the by-the-glass rotation hovers around fifteen references and turns weekly.

The kitchen is a board of pecorino and finocchiona. Ranks third because the cellar breadth is unmatched in central Florence and the retail-plus-corkage model keeps prices honest in a way the destination wine bars cannot match.
