Erik Lorincz's Mayfair Classical Cocktail Bar

Erik Lorincz ran the American Bar at the Savoy from 2010 to 2017, including the period when the bar held the World's Best Bar title. Kwant is his own bar, opened in 2019 in a small Mayfair space off Heddon Street. The room is intentional and committed to classical cocktail discipline.

The drinks are precise and rooted in pre-prohibition technique. The seasonal menu rotates four times a year and includes a section of Lorincz's original creations alongside immaculate classics. The Negroni is benchmark.

The crowd is mid-thirties Mayfair professionals and bartender-tourists. Best for serious cocktail conversation. Pair with Connaught Bar for a complete Mayfair classical cocktail evening.
