Bar Churchill sits inside La Mamounia, the legendary Marrakech palace hotel where Winston Churchill stayed and painted. The room is wood-panelled, dim-lit, leather-armchaired. Live jazz piano nightly. Cuban cigar humidor.

The whisky list is the deepest in Marrakech — single malts, blends, rare bottlings. Cognac selection runs to fifty. Cocktails are classic and properly executed. Service is full ceremony.
