Above Board is a 24-seat Collingwood counter cocktail bar from Hayden Lambert — formerly of Black Pearl. World's 50 Best Bars regular since 2017. The intimate room features a long marble counter, six high stools, and a deep cocktail library on the back wall.

The cocktail program is built on classics with strong execution and seasonal builds. Bartenders work in silence, ice is hand-cut, and citrus is squeezed to order. Reservations required two weeks ahead.
