· Wine Smith & Daughters is the Fitzroy plant-based room that has built one of Melbourne's most interesting wine programmes despite being primarily known for its food. Owner Shannon Martinez runs a list that leans into Australian biodynamic producers — Patrick Sullivan, Sigurd, Si Vintners — with a Latin American detour into Chilean cinsault and Argentine torrontés that you simply do not get elsewhere in the city.
