Tlecán is Roma Norte's most ambitious mezcal cocktail bar — 200+ artisanal mezcals from small Oaxacan and Guerrerense producers, plus a cocktail program built entirely on mezcal. World's 50 Best Bars regular. Industrial aesthetic, 40 seats around a central bar.
The cocktail program rebuilds classics with mezcal — Mezcal Old Fashioned, Mezcal Negroni, Mezcal Daiquiri. Each drink uses a different mezcal matched to the cocktail style. Bartenders are mezcaleros and will walk through the agaves before pouring.
