The full cocktail menu rotates every 6 weeks. There is no house signature because the point is always the current menu rather than legacy drinks. If you visit twice in two months you will drink completely different cocktails both times. The tasting experience — 5 to 6 cocktails guided by the bar — is the recommended approach.
