Paris Rum Specialist in Sentier

Mabel opened on rue d'Aboukir in 2014 with a serious rum focus. The back bar holds around 200 rums from across the Caribbean, French Caribbean territories, Latin America, and the rare Asian rum producers. The cocktail programme is built around tropical classics done with proper specifications.

The Mai Tai is built using the original 1944 Trader Vic recipe. The Daiquiri is sharp and classical. The Painkiller uses Pusser's. The seasonal menu adds modern rum-led original cocktails.

The crowd is mid-thirties Paris cocktail enthusiasts and rum nerds. Pair with Le Syndicat for a Paris French-spirit-then-French-Caribbean cocktail evening.
